IF you don't stop and fill at intervals so that the valve area can heat up again. At least that's how I did it and everything went well with the last breakdown. A MTB tire was filled to an acceptable level so that I could drive 25 km home ... after a week the opened cartridge was still under pressure. How much I don't know, but there is still gas in it for a refill. I don't know if there's enough for a second tire.
